“ My favorite places to get mool neng myun: ice cold beef broth with buckwheat noodles, thinly sliced beef, sliced cucumbers, radish and pear, and added vinegar and hot mustard to your liking. I'm confident to say I've had this bowl of noodles all over the DMV and this is my favorite place to get it. You can tell they put a lot of care and effort into making this by seeing how they ensure the buckwheat noodles do not overcook and the flavor of the broth has much more depth than other restaurants. Service is always top notch as well, every time I come here. ”
“ The restaurant is spacious and has plenty of seating. We got seated and our orders got taken quickly. The food came out pretty fast too. The galbi-jjim is great here. It's the only place in NOVA that I've had galbi-jjim at so far. We ordered a couple of other dishes but ultimately decided that only the galbi-jjim was really worth getting. ”
“ I can't believe they don't have 4 star and above. We ordered Galbi Jjim, such a big portion, enough for 2-3, very delicious. Server were also great, helped us cut meat, refilled sides and packed leftovers. ”
“ This is my new favorite Korean spot. I have been here for at least 5 times and each time it is consistently good. 1. Reservation: not needed 2. Food: great! 4.5 stars Their chef's special beef ribs stew is amazing! It is $65, but can easily feed 4 people. These days, I only go there for this meal. There aren't that big with their BBQ. You should come here for cooked meals such as soups. 3. Service: 4 stars They are quite slow, but very nice 4. Interior: spacious, on the dark side, not smelly, so it is better than most other Korean places and you don't need to shower and launder all your clothes, which is a huge advantage of coming here ”
“ Ordered the Korean bbq sampler and the waitress cooked it for us The cold noodles were amazing on the 100 degree day Individual ban chan per person was a great touch The restaurant was clean and had seats open while still being busy on Sunday afternoon ”
“ Service, presentation of food, quality of food and taste of food are all awesome! Went to have late lunch after a funeral service so we had a large group. From the time we walked in to the moment we left, service was so pleasant. Food - the banchan (side dishes) come out individually for each person which I think is nice. We had seafood pancake, nice and crispy with plenty of seafood. We also ordered galbi (short ribs on bone), which was so tender. Spicy buckwheat noodles and non-spicy buckwheat noodles were also ordered and tasted so yummy. Not at this visit, but I've had their steak tartare and it's SO good. Get cravings for it since not everyone can make it flavorful. ”
“ Yangnyum galbi was great. Yukhoe wasn't that great-- it was very frozen. Service was pretty good and ambiance was very traditional Korean-like-- good to come with friends or family! ”
“ I came back this time with a much larger group, and it was perfect. This restaurant is definitely meant for larger groups, so you can share all the kbbq and hot pot and crabs. We ate nonstop, barely talking even though we were so many people. It just felt like there was sooo much good to eat that we couldn't eat fast enough, even the banchan. Definitely coming back. The priceyness is def worth it. The service was so nice, switching out our places and doing all the kbbq, so we could focus on eating. ”
“ We come here for special occasions since it is nicer than some other korean restaurants. Our favorite is the lightly battered codfish head in vegetables. You can't really find a similar dish anywhere else so definitely their speciality! We also get the cold noodles with octopus. So refreshing and good! The seafood pancake is so good and big/thick! Definitely worth getting for the amount and price. Normally get the same dishes when we come here... Service is good and a nice clean restaurant. Price is steeper but it's worth it for these dishes! ”
